Hosting, domain, server and add-on services are provided within the active product, resource limits and service period.
2. Customer responsibilities
Account security, lawful content, current contact details and acceptable use are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Payment and renewal
Invoice, renewal, suspension and cancellation dates are shown in the customer portal.
4. Domain services
Availability is confirmed by the registrar at order time; registry rules apply to registration, renewal and transfers.

Technical and commercial requests can be submitted through the portal or support@srvia.com.
